One Of Our Many Happy Seminar Attendees

Darlene Alley

Attending the DreamMaker seminar really inspired me to go ahead with getting my kitchen updated. I had been wanting to do it for years and had thought of going through one of the big stores; however, the reviews were so bad I was afraid to have it done. I read about the DreamMaker seminar on their website and decided to attend. I was so impressed with their whole team, I knew I would get the kitchen I wanted.

Having never done any remodeling before, I really appreciated their recommendations and being able to visualize the finished project. I could not be any happier. Having people that were experts in their field made me feel confident that I would not regret having my kitchen remodeled.

I attended the remodeling seminar that you and Everett hosted at Urner’s last night and I want to take the opportunity tell you that I really enjoyed it.

The seminar format is the perfect opportunity to get your questions answered because there is absolutely no pressure. As well, you hear questions by others that may not have even crossed your mind at this beginning stage of planning a project. This is definitely not a hard sell atmosphere.

I know you, like any business, want to make a sell but I came away with sense that your team cares about more than just making money. I believe you don’t want clients to spend beyond their financial means or purchase something they don’t need. This is evident by the questions you prompted everyone to ask themselves about their future plans with their homes and why they are remodeling.

You obviously care that people must live with the financial decision of a remodel long after the excitement of the new kitchen or bath fades. This decision is also a part of the experienct.

To top it off I love the fact that you use the opportunity to raise funds to aid our soldiers that have come home injured and are giving back to our community.

Thanks for a relaxing and informative evening. I look forward to the next step in the process.

Thank you for your seminar and for a very nice dinner. Your presentation was excellent. It provided good information and was interesting. The main thing that I got out of it was that you take care of your customers , you keep their homes clean and you do high quality work. That makes me comfortable in referring you to clients and friends.
